What IV add-ons actually cost
Most IV menus list the drip and then a column of add-ons, and say nothing about which version of an add-on you are buying.
We read the published menus of 436 providers across Miami, Austin, Phoenix and Nashville. The same ingredients appear twice on most of them: once as an IV infusion, once as an intramuscular shot. The two prices are a long way apart.
The same ingredient, two prices
Median published price, pooled across all four cities. Provider counts are shown because some of these samples are small.
| Ingredient | As an IV | As a shot | Providers, IV / shot |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ | $550 | $250 | 59 / 26 |
| Vitamin C, high dose | $204 | $30 | 27 / 15 |
| Glutathione | $129 | $50 | 11 / 30 |
| B12 | not published | $30 | 1 / 30 |
| Myers cocktail | $210 | not offered | 75 / 0 |
Vitamin C carries the widest gap, close to seven times the price as a drip. Glutathione runs about two and a half times. Dose differs between the two routes, and so does how much of it your body takes up, and menus almost never state either one. A reader comparing two clinics on price alone is often comparing two different products.
B12 barely exists as a drip. One provider in the entire index published a price for it. It is a shot, and it is priced like a shot.
Myers is the one steady number
The Myers cocktail is the most consistently priced service in the dataset.
| City | Median | Middle 50% | Providers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phoenix | $210 | $189 to $225 | 30 |
| Miami | $210 | $199 to $299 | 17 |
| Austin | $209 | $180 to $250 | 12 |
| Nashville | $180 | $150 to $227 | 16 |
Three cities land within a dollar of each other. Nothing else in the index behaves like this. The Myers cocktail is also the only thing on a typical menu that refers to a named, fixed formula rather than a house blend with a house name, and that is where comparability breaks down for everything else.
NAD+ depends on where you are
NAD+ is the most expensive line on most menus and the least consistent.
| City | Median IV session | Middle 50% | Providers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phoenix | $595 | $325 to $799 | 24 |
| Miami | $595 | $499 to $799 | 18 |
| Nashville | $299 | $249 to $499 | 10 |
A NAD+ session in Nashville costs about half what the same line costs in Phoenix or Miami. Published prices across the whole index run from $35 to $1,100 for services carrying the same three letters. Dose sizes differ and menus rarely say by how much, which makes this the least comparable corner of an already opaque market.
What we left out
Anything with fewer than ten providers behind it is not published above. That rules out iron, ozone, exosome and stem cell drips, all of which appear on menus but not often enough with a price attached to say what the market charges. Package deals and prices written as “starting at” are excluded throughout, because a floor is not a price.
How we collected this
Prices come from each provider’s own published menu, read in July 2026 across Miami, Austin, Phoenix and Nashville. 436 of the 1,554 provider websites we visited publish at least one price. The other 72 percent ask you to call, book a consult, or walk in. Figures here are medians of published prices, not quotes, and no individual provider is named. Menus get rewritten and prices move, so confirm with a place directly before you book.
The headline drip, membership and city numbers are in what an IV drip actually costs.
